For over 27 years our broker, Ingrid
Baddour has worked as a Realtor in the Coachella Valley.
Along with her agents there is over 75 years collectively of
real estate knowledge of our area. This can shorten your search
for the perfect property in our area as we listen to your needs
and might be able to research its availability whether on the
market currently or not, for a commercial lease to a multi-million
dollar center or land deal.
We are the only office in the Coachella Valley that has an
agent and our broker who have achieved one of the highest degrees
in commercial real estate from the National Association of Realtors,
the Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The CCIM designation
stresses a high degree of education to assist you in analysis
of your income producing property, tax strategies, lease vs.
buy analyses and highest and best use of land analyses. The
real estate game has completely changed in the last ten years.

keeping up to date on the trends that will assist you.
